A new group on Facebook has been created (Save the Clacton driving test centre) to raise awareness to the Clacton Test Centre issue, please join and show your support.

The future of the Clacton On Sea test centre has for a long time been doubtful but, as the lease has been renewed to August 2010 we can be reasonably sure it will remain open till then. After this time, if an alternative site is not found a move to Colchester may be actioned by the DSA.

Rest assured many people are working towards obtaining a suitable site for the relocation of the Clacton On Sea test centre and all have a positive outlook regarding this issue.

There are several changes taking place in 2010 regarding the driving test and driver training, these changes will appear here soon.

The date of these changes is likely to be October 2010.
